Heritage Baptist and Brian Weed in Haiti

On March 22, Heritage Baptist Church in Lebanon Ohio sent a diverse team to Quantum Base 300 in coordination with Missionary Brian Weed from Nicaragua (Our Brother-n-law). The team built tent structures and trained nationals which has turned into what we call here “Project Family Tarp". These temporary PVC shelters are very important due to the torrential downpours and sunrays that make conditions in most IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) camps unbearable. Today, Haiti’s greatest problem is moving over 1.5 million people into more permanent housing. During there trip Heritage took over 300 pictures, which can be found here.
